Overview

At DUHH Creative Studio, each item is thoughtfully designed and often made-to-order. Because of the custom and artistic nature of our products, we aim to be fair while also protecting the time and materials that go into every creation.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

-Custom 3D prints

-Personalized crafts or crocheted items (names, colors, themes, etc.)

-Commissioned artwork

Please double-check all details before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for errors provided by the customer.

Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

-Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

-Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

-Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or Defective, we will make it right!

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will offer one of the following:

-Replacement

-Store Credit

-Refund (case-by-case)

3D Printed Items Disclaimer

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

-Minor imperfections. layer lines, or slight variations are normal and not considered defects

-Colors may vary slightly depending on material and screen display

We do our best to ensure high-quality results, but each print is uniquely crafted.

Cancellations

-Order may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase 

-After production has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item or approving the claim
